As you can see...the English language encourages variety. Even the simple act of greeting a fellow is not limited to one arrangement of words.
You may have noticed the words "Que pasa" and you may be exclaiming, "Hey! That's Spanish! What're you doing?"
Yeah, I know; you're right. "Que pasa" is not an English greeting...but I ask the following:
Is "Que pasa" objectionable simply because the words are not inherently English words?
When you saw the words "Que pasa," did you question their meaning?
And finally, did you question the inclusion of "Que pasa," even though you understood the meaning?
Keep in mind, my friends: the English language is fluid, always allowing for variety.
